The Fabulous Food Finds Tasting Theatre features at the Good Food Show Winter and Summer at the NEC, Birmingham.

It's the perfect place to sample your products to an engaged foodie audience, tell your story and build brand awareness.

Food Writing & Reviewing

Katy Truss, our founder, is a food writer, blogger and product reviewer. She wrote a regular column highlighting local food heroes in Good Food Magazine, along with review features for BBCGoodFood.com. She has written a number of food articles including a 'small is good' feature promoting small producers in Olive Magazine.

Promoting food and drink producers

We've been scouring the country for fabulous food and drink for decades! The hunt officially began when Katy Truss began working for the Good Food Shows in 2007. It was then she became a professional food finder, searching for fabulous food and drink producers at food festivals, markets and food shop shelves to feature at the shows and write about.

Tasting Expertise and Judging

Katy regularly judges for the Great Taste Awards, Quality Food Awards and the Good Food Taste Tests and uses her expertise to approve producers for the Good Food Show Food Champions scheme.

Katy is an Academy of Cheese Level 2 Member and has gained the WSET Level 2 Award in Wine and is always looking to learn more about food and drink.

Since then, I’ve written for BBC Good Food and Olive magazines, judged for the Great Taste Awards and Quality Food Awards, and helped hundreds of amazing producers connect with new customers and grow.

  • Fixed stand: 3m x 1.5m
  • £750 + £99 reg fee + VAT (Summer)
  • £800 + £99 reg fee + VAT (Winter)
     Includes: Website listing, FFF web hotspot, social media promo & Tasting Theatre feature

Food Champions
 For smaller producers with limited distribution

  • Summer £217 per metre + £99 reg fee + VAT | Winter £220 per metre + reg fee + VAT

Producers’ Village
 A step up within the show

  • From £298 per metre + £99 reg fee + VAT

Main Show
 For established brands with larger listings and higher turnover

Hampton Court Palace Events

All run by Immediate Media, these are stunning open-air events in the palace grounds:

  • Feel Good Festival: 16–18 May
  • Hampton Court Palace Food Festival: 23–25 August
  • Festive Fair: 5–7 and 12–14 December


Foodies Festivals

A series of 14 nationwide festivals from May to September.

You can exhibit through me in the Artisan Market:

  • From £355 + VAT
  • Shell scheme stands available from £980 + VAT

Can’t attend? Feature your product in the Tasting Theatre:

  • £195 + VAT per event
  • £1,950 + VAT for all 14 events
     Subsidies may be available for smaller producers – just ask.

This quarterly tasting box is a brilliant way to get your products into homes across the UK – directly in front of food lovers who are ready to discover and buy.
