I came across this Smithfield Market butcher while trying to buy vegetarian haggis (of all things!). I bought a selection of products including Chilean T Bone Steaks, Spanish Chorizo, Bacon Jam and lots of Haggis too. With delivery at only £5 for next day delivery I was really pleased with my order!

They started out by perfecting duck crackling - think pork scratchings but with gorgeous soft but crispy duck skin. Then spices to make it amazing, like peking, kampot pepper and lemongrass too. 

Then came the confit duck legs - ready to reheat and crisp up at home.
