Yep Kitchen - Yuxiang Sauce

We discovered Yep Kitchen through their cult crispy chilli oils — one even comes with beef in it — and we've been fans ever since. So when Tom Palmer launched his brand new range of cooking sauces, we knew we had to get them in the box.
Tom spent a decade living in China, eating his way through Sichuan cuisine and getting genuinely, deeply hooked on the flavours. Yep Kitchen is his way of bringing that experience back home — unchanged, unapologetic and impossible to ignore. The real thing, made by someone who really lived it.
This Yuxiang Sauce is a brilliant place to start. The name means 'fish-fragrant' but there's no fish in sight — the name comes from the way chilli, garlic, ginger and vinegar were traditionally combined in Sichuan cooking to balance the aromas of fish dishes, and over centuries this magical combination became a celebrated flavour all of its own. Sweet, hot and sour in perfect balance.
The classic pairing is aubergine, and the recipe couldn't be simpler: one aubergine, some garlic, spring onion, coriander and a little oil — cook it down, pour over the sauce and serve with rice. That's your weeknight dinner sorted. You're welcome.
Two Farmers - Herefordshire Sauce

We've loved Two Farmers for a long time, and this brand new flavour has made us fall for them all over again. The story starts with Mark and Sean — two actual farmers who met working together and decided to do something brilliant with their own potatoes. The result is a range of hand-cooked crisps made from field to bag on their Herefordshire farm, in packaging that is 100% compostable. No horrible crisp packet plastic here — just beautiful crisps in packaging you can feel genuinely good about, which matters a lot to us.
The Herefordshire Sauce flavour is inspired by the county's answer to Worcestershire sauce — but with a brilliant twist. Because it's made with apple cider vinegar rather than malt or barley vinegar, it's completely gluten-free. And with no fish in sight, it's fully vegan too. The flavour itself is extraordinary — deeply savoury and highly spiced, with a kick of jalapeño, the gorgeous tang of tamarind and layers of warmth that keep building as you eat. Addictive doesn't quite cover it.
A truly fabulous find — and just one more reason to love what Mark and Sean are doing in Herefordshire.
Fresh Bean Trading Company

We don't include coffee in our boxes lightly — but when it comes to Fresh Bean Trading Company, it was an absolute no-brainer. Tom is our coffee partner at the Good Food Show tastings, and his coffee never fails to get people talking. He's brilliant, his sourcing is brilliant, and the coffee itself is brilliant. Simple as that.
The La Casa blend is Fresh Bean Trading Company's house blend — a medium roast that brings together beans from Africa, India and South America into something that is smooth, balanced and deeply satisfying. It's the kind of coffee that works for everyone: approachable enough for those just dipping their toes into the world of specialty coffee, but complex enough to genuinely excite those who already know their stuff.
We've popped a 20g sample pouch in your box - perfect for a cafetière - just so you can discover Tom's coffee for yourself. It's a small amount, but we're quietly confident it won't be your last order from him. Head to the website to find out more and to explore the full range. You're in very good hands.
Flavour & Fire - Oscars Citrus Burst

You might already know Shawn Overthrow from The Chef's Confits — and if you do, you'll know that everything he touches turns to gold. Oscar's Citrus Burst is part of his flavour sauce range: a collection that steps away from the world of eye-watering heat and focuses instead on something we think is even more exciting — incredible, vibrant, complex flavour.
Citrus Burst is a gorgeous zesty lime sauce with a beautiful, bright green colour that tells you exactly what you're in for. Inside the bottle: green peppers, lime juice, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, coriander and Churchfields natural brine salt — a locally sourced salt from Shawn's own area that adds a lovely provenance to every drop. The result is zesty, vibrant and alive with flavour, with just enough of a kick to keep things interesting without ever tipping into territory that overwhelms.
We tried it on fajitas and it was absolutely brilliant — but honestly, this is a sauce that will find its way onto everything. Grilled fish, tacos, roasted veg, scrambled eggs, a simple avocado on toast. If you want to add a burst of citrusy, herby flavour without reaching for the fire extinguisher, this is your new best friend. We love it.
The Glorious Mess - Raspberry and White Chocolate Meringue Kisses

We first shared these at the Good Food Show Summer and the reaction said it all — people couldn't get enough of them. It's not hard to see why.
The Glorious Mess is the latest creation from Leanne and Brian Crowther, the duo behind the much-loved Flower and White. These two know meringue better than almost anyone, and that expertise shines through in every single bite. Made in Shropshire with British free-range eggs, these Raspberry & White Chocolate Kisses are vibrant, feather-light and made with nothing but natural ingredients — no nasties, no artificial colours or flavours, and wonderfully low in fat.
The flavour is bright and fruity with a gorgeous sweet raspberry hit and a delicate drizzle of white chocolate that makes them feel properly indulgent despite being anything but. They're vegetarian-friendly and versatile too — eat them straight from the bag (dangerous — you will not stop), fold them into whipped cream and fresh fruit for an instant Eton Mess, serve them alongside ice cream, or use them to top a cake for an effortlessly impressive finish.
Gorgeous, joyful and completely irresistible. We adore them.
Nuditea — Cherry Cooler Cold Infusion

Full disclosure: my dad took one look at the packaging and thought it belonged in Ann Summers. He's wrong — but we understand the confusion. Nuditea is actually a brilliant, independent tea brand built around a simple but beautiful idea: no nasties, no unnecessary additions, just quality tea sustainably sourced from trusted smallholders, done properly.
The Cherry Cooler is the one we chose for this summer box, and we couldn't be more excited about it. The cherry flavour is intense, juicy and genuinely gorgeous — sweet and refreshing without being sickly, with just enough sharpness to make it feel really alive in the glass. It's naturally caffeine-free, which makes it perfect for the whole family at any time of day.
Brewing couldn't be simpler: just pop a teabag in your cup or glass, brew with hot water, then pour over ice to cool it down. The result is a vibrant, ruby-red iced tea that looks as good as it tastes and is just brilliant for keeping hydrated on a hot summer's day.
The teabags and inner sleeve are 100% compostable, and the outer box is fully recyclable — so you can sip away feeling completely good about it. Sweet, juicy, refreshing and completely wonderful. Your dad will come round eventually.
Nutty Belly Gal — Craft Peanut Butter

We are completely smitten with Nutty Belly Gal. She makes small-batch craft peanut butter from high oleic peanuts with bold flavours, all natural ingredients, no palm oil, no nasties and — as she puts it herself — absolutely no drama. We love that energy, and we love her peanut butters even more.
Subscribers to this box will receive one of two incredible flavours:
Tokyo Nights — Toasted Sesame & Seaweed: The one that earned a Great Taste Award, and it's easy to understand why. Toasty, nutty and deeply umami with a subtle savouriness from the seaweed — this is peanut butter that works just as beautifully in savoury dishes as it does on toast. Stir it through noodles, use it as a marinade, drizzle it over rice bowls or spread it thickly on toast for something a little unexpected and completely delicious.
Salted Date: Sweet, warm and gorgeously indulgent, this is peanut butter with a natural caramel-like sweetness from dates, balanced perfectly with sea salt. Think salted caramel vibes but made with ingredients you can actually pronounce. Dreamy on toast, swirled through porridge or eaten straight from the jar with a spoon at midnight. We won't tell anyone.
Whichever one lands in your box, you're going to want the other one too. Consider yourself warned.
The Chef's Confits — Red Onion, Fig & Port Marmalade

When we find a maker whose every product stops us in our tracks, we shout about them — and Shawn at The Chef's Confits is exactly that. This Red Onion, Fig & Port Marmalade is a masterclass in doing simple things brilliantly. Just red onion slow-cooked with balsamic vinegar, ripe fig, soft brown sugar and a generous pour of ruby port. That's it. No unnecessary additions, no shortcuts — just beautiful ingredients allowed to do their thing.
The result is deeply sweet and jammy with a gorgeous richness from the port, which makes it a natural partner for sharper, stronger cheeses — think a mature cheddar or a punchy blue. Melt a baked camembert and spoon it generously over the top for an instant showstopper, or — and we are very much here for this — slather it into a bacon sandwich for what might just be the best bacon sandwich of your life.
We are huge fans of Shawn's work and this one is a particular highlight. Simple, stunning, and gone far too quickly.
Club Salami — Fennel & Oregano Salami Bites

You may already know The Greek Farmer — and if you do, you'll understand why we got so excited when we discovered Club Salami, the brilliant new venture from the same founder. Taking that same commitment to quality and flavour, Club Salami has created a range of easy snacking salami that makes getting your protein fix an absolute pleasure.
The Fennel & Oregano flavour is the one we've chosen for this box, and we can personally vouch for it — we tried it at the Good Food Show just last week and honestly couldn't stop going back for more. Made from high quality British outdoor bred pork, air-dried the traditional way and seasoned with aromatic fennel and fragrant oregano, these little bites are full of flavour and completely moreish. Smooth, savoury and beautifully balanced — proper charcuterie in snack form.
Each pack is under 100 calories, high in protein, keto-friendly and free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Real meat, real ingredients, real flavour. The perfect snack for summer — whether you're on the go, building a cheeseboard or just in need of something properly satisfying.
Taishon — Korean Sweet and Spicy Sauce

The Taishon of temptation — and once you've tried it, you'll understand exactly why we couldn't resist including it.
Taishon's Korean Sweet and Spicy Sauce is built around gochujang, the deeply complex Korean fermented chilli pepper paste that gives this sauce its gorgeous depth and character. Alongside it: chilli powder, garlic, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil — a combination that is sweet, spicy and utterly, dangerously moreish.
The versatility of this sauce is genuinely impressive. Use it as a dip — and if you make Korean fried chicken at home, please, just do yourself a favour and dip it straight in — or flex your culinary skills with a speedy stir fry, a specialty rice dish, a comforting broth, or sticky, irresistible wings. It works as a marinade, a cooking sauce, a table condiment. Taishon themselves describe it as super versatile, and they are not wrong.
This is a sauce that has picked up serious award recognition, and it's not hard to see why. If Korean flavours are your thing — or even if you've never really explored them before — this is a brilliant place to start. Really, really good.
