  • Yep Kitchen - Yuxiang Sauce

We discovered Yep Kitchen through their cult crispy chilli oils — one even comes with beef in it — and we've been fans ever since. So when Tom Palmer launched his brand new range of cooking sauces, we knew we had to get them in the box.

Tom spent a decade living in China, eating his way through Sichuan cuisine and getting genuinely, deeply hooked on the flavours. Yep Kitchen is his way of bringing that experience back home — unchanged, unapologetic and impossible to ignore. The real thing, made by someone who really lived it.

This Yuxiang Sauce is a brilliant place to start. The name means 'fish-fragrant' but there's no fish in sight — the name comes from the way chilli, garlic, ginger and vinegar were traditionally combined in Sichuan cooking to balance the aromas of fish dishes, and over centuries this magical combination became a celebrated flavour all of its own. Sweet, hot and sour in perfect balance.

The classic pairing is aubergine, and the recipe couldn't be simpler: one aubergine, some garlic, spring onion, coriander and a little oil — cook it down, pour over the sauce and serve with rice. That's your weeknight dinner sorted. You're welcome.

  • Two Farmers - Herefordshire Sauce

We've loved Two Farmers for a long time, and this brand new flavour has made us fall for them all over again. The story starts with Mark and Sean — two actual farmers who met working together and decided to do something brilliant with their own potatoes. The result is a range of hand-cooked crisps made from field to bag on their Herefordshire farm, in packaging that is 100% compostable. No horrible crisp packet plastic here — just beautiful crisps in packaging you can feel genuinely good about, which matters a lot to us.

The Herefordshire Sauce flavour is inspired by the county's answer to Worcestershire sauce — but with a brilliant twist. Because it's made with apple cider vinegar rather than malt or barley vinegar, it's completely gluten-free. And with no fish in sight, it's fully vegan too. The flavour itself is extraordinary — deeply savoury and highly spiced, with a kick of jalapeño, the gorgeous tang of tamarind and layers of warmth that keep building as you eat. Addictive doesn't quite cover it.

A truly fabulous find — and just one more reason to love what Mark and Sean are doing in Herefordshire.

  • Fresh Bean Trading Company

We don't include coffee in our boxes lightly — but when it comes to Fresh Bean Trading Company, it was an absolute no-brainer. Tom is our coffee partner at the Good Food Show tastings, and his coffee never fails to get people talking. He's brilliant, his sourcing is brilliant, and the coffee itself is brilliant. Simple as that.

The La Casa blend is Fresh Bean Trading Company's house blend — a medium roast that brings together beans from Africa, India and South America into something that is smooth, balanced and deeply satisfying. It's the kind of coffee that works for everyone: approachable enough for those just dipping their toes into the world of specialty coffee, but complex enough to genuinely excite those who already know their stuff.

We've popped a 20g sample pouch in your box - perfect for a cafetière - just so you can discover Tom's coffee for yourself. It's a small amount, but we're quietly confident it won't be your last order from him. Head to the website to find out more and to explore the full range. You're in very good hands.

  • Flavour & Fire - Oscars Citrus Burst

You might already know Shawn Overthrow from The Chef's Confits — and if you do, you'll know that everything he touches turns to gold. Oscar's Citrus Burst is part of his flavour sauce range: a collection that steps away from the world of eye-watering heat and focuses instead on something we think is even more exciting — incredible, vibrant, complex flavour.

Citrus Burst is a gorgeous zesty lime sauce with a beautiful, bright green colour that tells you exactly what you're in for. Inside the bottle: green peppers, lime juice, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, coriander and Churchfields natural brine salt — a locally sourced salt from Shawn's own area that adds a lovely provenance to every drop. The result is zesty, vibrant and alive with flavour, with just enough of a kick to keep things interesting without ever tipping into territory that overwhelms.

We tried it on fajitas and it was absolutely brilliant — but honestly, this is a sauce that will find its way onto everything. Grilled fish, tacos, roasted veg, scrambled eggs, a simple avocado on toast. If you want to add a burst of citrusy, herby flavour without reaching for the fire extinguisher, this is your new best friend. We love it.
