Prices Spices are normally known for their delicious chilli jams and spices (hence the name!) but during lockdown they experimented with charcuterie... the outcome? A three star great taste award along with a golden fork award too!

Part Irish, part Greek, Tony Charalambides, creates his range of British free range pork and beef charcuterie using traditional Greek recipies, smoked in a repurposed grain silo in Hertfordshire. 

Incredible range of charcuterie made with meat from ex dairy cows and ex breeding sows. With age comes flavour and combined with the expertise of ex-masterchef stars Tom Whitaker and Dhruv Baker, you'll find some exemplary charcuterie.
