Tonkotsu Japanese Chilli Oil - £5.50
This was so popular in the Autumn Tasting Box, that I had to buy more to give you the chance to add one to your next box. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re in for a treat!
Use to top noodles, ramen, rice, as a dip, mix with mayonnaise, in a chicken sandwich - anywhere you want to add umami, sweet, salty chilli flavour.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed Oil (65%), Sesame Oil (6%), Miso Paste (Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt, Alcohol), Schichimi Togarashi (Chilli Powder, Black Sesame Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Orange Peel, Ginger, Sichuan Pepper, Seaweed), Sugar, Soya Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol), Garlic Granules, White Sesame Seed, Salt, Paprika, Arbol Chilli (1%), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder.
