Dishoom Bacon Naan Roll
Behold the Dishoom Bacon Naan; a thing of beauty and deliciousness easy to recreate at home!
Meet the Dishoom Bacon Naan (double, of course!). It’s a glorious naan bread filled with
Ramsay of Scotland crispy streaky bacon, cream cheese, tomato-chilli jam and fresh coriander. It is just the best combination of freshly cooked soft yet crisp Naan bread + salty, smoky, savoury bacon + cool, creamy cream cheese, tangy, spicy chilli jam and fresh, floral coriander to perk things up.
If you don’t live near a Dishoom branch you can buy an
at home meal kit (£18 to serve 2) delivered to your door. It comes with a ball of Naan dough to recreate that fresh bread experience at home.
If you want to recreate your own at home with your own ingredients, you’ll need to assemble the following:
- Naan bread - if you’ve got the skills/ time to make your own, do it!
- Streaky bacon (buy the Ayrshire Smoked from
Ramsay of Scotland for the real deal!)
- Cream cheese
- Tomato-chilli jam (The Tea Lady makes a great one that’ll work perfectly here)
- Fresh coriander
